Welcome to Swimit. By using our platform, you agree to follow these terms when you browse listings, create an account, send booking requests, complete bookings, host a property, or contact our team for assistance.
Swimit is a pool stay booking platform focused on private pool villas, pool resorts, and selected hourly pool rentals. We help guests discover properties and help hosts present their listings, but we do not own or operate the listed properties ourselves unless clearly stated otherwise.
Booking Terms
When you place a booking or booking request on Swimit, you agree to the total price shown for that stay, including the listing price, applicable add-ons, fees, taxes, and any other charges clearly presented before confirmation.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you receive final confirmation from Swimit, the property, or the connected booking flow. Please do not travel until your booking status is clearly confirmed.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a booking on Swimit.
- The number of guests must not exceed the occupancy or guest rules set for the property.
- Activities such as events, shoots, or commercial use require clear property approval.
Payment Policy

Payment options may vary depending on the booking flow used by the property. Guests should complete payments only through the approved process shown during booking or shared by the support team.
Security Deposits
Some properties may require a security deposit or advance payment. If a deposit applies, the property terms shared before booking will control how it is collected, held, and released.

Pool Safety & Liability
Swim at Your Own Risk
Most properties listed on Swimit do not provide lifeguards unless explicitly stated. Guests are responsible for supervising their group and following the property's safety instructions.
Swimming and poolside use involve real risk. Guests are responsible for supervising children, following occupancy limits, and avoiding unsafe behavior in and around the pool area.
Property owners and operators are responsible for maintaining their spaces. If you notice unsafe conditions, you should stop use immediately and contact support or the property team as soon as possible.
